Intimate wear company Savage X Fenty by Rihanna has teamed up with the digital twin platform FIT:MATCH to launch an in-store fitting room experience.
The first-of-a-kind experience, exclusively available at Savage X Fenty retail stores, leverages Intel’s RealSense technology and the Intel Distribution of OpenVINO toolkit to scan shoppers and match them with the best-fitting Savage X styles based on their exact body shape.

The move to partner with FIT:MATCH is part of the brand’s effort to identify pain points in the customer’s experience and also create solutions for them. The partnership follows Savage X Fenty’s 2022 investment in accelerating the expansion of the AR-powered technology, which solves fitting problems that have long plagued brands and consumers by utilizing body shape data rather than just standard measurements.

The experience takes less than 30 seconds from beginning to end, ultimately saving time for shoppers and store associates, and can be leveraged for buying an expanded assortment of products, including sports bras, leggings, and more from Savage X Fenty’s new Sport collection.
